Customer Order Management Representative Spanish / French
Job Description: Job Summary (Overall high level summary of the job)
Works with all levels of Sales, Legal, Finance and Customer Support to process customer orders and/or change orders from quote to entitlement. This is an intermediate level position that works under general supervision. Work is of a moderately complex nature.
Knowledge /Experience/Qualifications/Skills (Minimum requirements of the job)
•Fluent in English and Native Spanish or French.
•Good communication skills both oral and written
•Good organizational ,time management and multi-tasking skills
•Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree and/or Certification preferred with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
•Possesses thorough knowledge of basic principles, practices and processes in Order Management
•Exercises judgment within established practices to resolve problems and recommend solutions Principal Accountabilities (Key activities and decision making areas)
•Creates system generated quotations as required by the field Sales organization
•Receives customer purchase orders and reviews them for completeness and accuracy which includes product configuration and verifying terms and prices according to contracts
•Makes direct contact with Sales Representatives and/or customers to resolve any order related issues
•Books orders into order management system in a timely and accurate manner and ensures proper invoicing
•Ensure accuracy with existing license configuration details
•Ensure and validate that customer’s license requirements fall within expected compliance expectations
•Generate control codes/license files to entitle product to customers
•Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous communication of open and closed order status
•Works closely with and supports sales team
•Performs function within department guidelines as well as within existing internal controls.
